The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The facilities, including the pools, jacuzzis, and saunas, were amazing and provided a great way to relax and unwind. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I was also impressed with the well-maintained and beautiful property. Parking was ample, which was a bonus. my expectations were met and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Some aspects of the hotel could've been better. One of the rooms was quite tiny and we could hear noises from next door.

We enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub and the sauna was just what we needed after a long day of exploring the city. Plus, the beds were super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. Another advantage was the location - it was so convenient to be close to public transportation and we were able to explore all the city had to offer easily.

The spa zone was definitely the highlight of our stay. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. Our one gripe would be the lack of air conditioning in the hotel rooms. This made for some uncomfortable nights, especially during the hotter summer months.
